EmmaCare has been running successfully for over 12 years maintaining a grade of "Outstanding" from OfSted.
With over 20 years of diverse childcare experience and a Degree in Childhood Studies. Emma takes great pride in providing a service that is committed to understanding the children’s individual needs and the flexibility that parents required.

EYFS AT EMMACARE
The EYFS (The Early Years Foundation Stage) is designed for children from the ages of 0months to the end of their Reception year. This is based around four Principles which underpin the EYFS development:

Helping children develop emotional stability, ensuring that they have a strong sense of self and belonging.
Developing their self-help and communication skills which will give them independence and enable them to express their emotions.
Providing a rich and varied play-based curriculum in which children will gain confidence in their abilities and that is age and stage appropriate to the child's development.
Ensuring that the curriculum meets the needs of all children regardless of ability or Special Educational needs.
Encouraging children to try new things and therefore to explore and investigate the world around them.
SEND / SENCO
EmmaCare are Senco Co-ordinators. We care for children with Special Educational Needs. We have experience with children with Down Syndrome, Autism, ADHD and Dietary Supplements.
All our children are given every opportunity to reach their full potential by providing additional resources and one to one support if needed during their care.
EmmaCare follow the graduate approach set out in the Department for Education SEND Code of Practice
